Great product that is leading the market. Extreme micromanagement in EMEA, daily sales calls. SVP gets involved in most deals and takes over. Toxic sales environment. Leader needs to go. Turnover on sales team is very high as a result. Stay away!!!

Higly aggressive and self focused sales leadership. A true what have you done for me lately organization. Low on employee engagement and culture. Coworkers are excellent, prodcut is really good.

Some tweaking in the GTM needs to be figured out. Can be a game of luck at times. Overall, good leadership and people. Unrealistic expectations
