Current Employee3.6Jun 18, 2024Pros: Phenom is a place where high-performers can make an incredible living. It’s an uncapped commission scale, so there’s tons of potential. The platform is a trailblazer in terms of its ability to solve problems for companies. Cons: It is a long deal cycle and HR typically has the least power to make purchases, so the sell is extremely difficult.

Current Employee2.9Apr 7, 2024No raises ever. Dry promotions seems to be how they operate, comp structure has changed at least 4 times in 2 years and it’s virtually impossible to become an AE here as an SDR. (Only one AE is a former Phenom SDR)
