My overall experience is bad. The people are great, the culture is great, but the training and product is not. You train yourself the first month through awful modules/videos. Your book of business is ~1300 accounts with 200 viable accounts to sell into. Pendo is over priced so most customers go with our competitors as they are more affordable with similar value. Every new hire who has started in the last year is struggling or hasn't sold a deal.

2023 was an pretty bad comp plan and quota with almost nobody in enterprise hitting. 2024 had a quota drop and a better complain and accelerators. It has been a complete reversal and reps are very optimistic.

My experience was overall decent, but the org has a lot of internal politics going on, especially in the sales department. Org also is relentless in laying people off at any given moment
