My overall experience was great! Pegasystems is very supportive and nurturing to its people but below industry average in compensation. Pega has the best technology in the world. it's business strategy is solid. it's internal business operations could use some optimization for speed and agility

Good People, Great Product, and you could earn a lot of money selling it, but most people don't. It's just not an attractive product and the company makes it too hard to buy since pricing is made up.
