Direct leadership has gotten stronger, however I feel upper-level executives need to build a better culture and relationship with their reps. The culture needs a facelift. However, there have been strides of improvement lately.

Horrible leadership, subpar salary/OTE, good old boys club type of selling org. The hay days are offer at Paylocity. Look eles where. Cheesy mid-western flair, and generally cartoonish sales culture.
