This was a great job to introduce you to the HCM industry great training. But they drop the ball when it comes to equal opportunity. Territory and Broker Relationships are not equally divided. Your success depends on your ability to work with referring Brokers but those relationships are already owned by existing Reps. They hold new rep to the same standard as...Read More

Not great. Promised a territory that I was excited about, only to be bait and switched. I stuck it out as I am not quiet and hoped to outlast that rug being pulled on me. But then I was faced with a toxic culture perpetuated by oblivious senior leadership. This lead to my departure for a fantastic place that I am very happy at.

I’ve experienced an extremely clique sales leadership approach. Incentives and overall pay is subpar and overall the company thinks it’s awesome… it’s fine.
