Used to be great. Not so much anymore. Sales leadership is absolute clueless trash. We have about 300 too many reps. Less than 40% of company at plan Culture is awful.

My overall experience is good. Finished as a top 10 rep in first full fiscal with the company ended up making about 180k plus 20k RSU’s that’s vest quarterly

There are no perfect HCM companies. Paylocity is the best one I’ve worked for (out of 3 competitors)
