Should have seen the red flag when u heard the team I was joining was one of the lowest performing. Tough client list, onsite only meeting requirements, 8 meeting requirement per week equals a lot of wasted time on the road when some meetings could be accomplished via zoom. I prefer in person for most meetings, but some are just a waste of travel time when you cover a large territory

Paycom recruits top talent with the expectation they fail. Be prepared for unrealistic metrics and high turnover. If you’re confident and willing to bet on yourself it may be the position for you. Otherwise, stay away from this toxic workplace.
