High KPI metrics, not much hands on development. Lots of cold calling, and cold leads with a very poor in-house CRM system. Great base and potential to make a lot of money if you’re able to close business. Large competitors like ADP tend to win over due to name recognition and ability to price lower. Often one of the most expensive in the evaluation.

Overall you are made to feel like there will never be a better job however, you’re working 60+ hour weeks, expected to answer calls before 8am and after 5pm with no work/life balance.
