great team, great manager, my territory was just run through on every level of run through. Majority of prospects said they had already evaluated us or have been getting calls from us for 4 years and HATE us.

My experience has been amazing. The entire organization is supportive of sales bringing in new business. What I also appreciate is the entire organizations number one priority is customer success which starts on the sales side and carries through implementation and long term support.

Terrible experience at Paycom. Basically impossible to get ahead without prior connections in the area. Incredibly competitive and Paycom doesn’t do a great job making it easy for reps to find their lane
