My experience at Paycom was horrible. I have been a presidents club winner everywhere I've been before, and after. I feel like they must be hiring people to boost this score. They bait and switch people with absurd OTES (like 400k), but only one rep will hit. The culture is super aggressive. Don't work here.

Love this job. Definitely takes the right person to be good and to enjoy it. This job requires you to be money motivated and work hard, but this job will make you a better person inside and outside of work.
