My experience at Paycom was horrible. I have been a presidents club winner everywhere I've been before, and after. I feel like they must be hiring people to boost this score. They bait and switch people with absurd OTES (like 400k), but only one rep will hit. The culture is super aggressive. Don't work here.

Very cut-throat environment. Either perform or else. Definitely seen as a number. It's a lucrative opportunity, but it comes with a cost. Ask yourself what you're willing to sacrifice for the financial/professional gain. Your territory could be 2-3 hours away and it's required to take meetings in person.
