Whether you are in outside sales or account management, they will ask you to do 4 jobs in 1, and give you implementation tasks that hinder sales velocity. In current accounts, you are a punching bag for current clients who have had bad support experiences and management will not back you up. 100% in person culture, butts in seats no matter what. Only about 10% of reps are successful this year, the rest are on a PIP due to unrealistic expectations, weekly metrics for 6 week deal cycles. Just be prepared to grind and go elsewhere.
