My overall experience was not positive. Their processes are outdated and there is not a lot of structure within the company. The product is also incredibly expensive and difficult to sell.

Overall paychex is a solid company with a solid offering. They seem to be pivoting a lot in the HR division and aren’t very clear on future state vision.

FY '24 quota went up substantially, causing overall quota attainment to drop from ~50% to 20%. Team morale is very low due to high quotas, and almost everyone on my team has said they are looking for a new role.
