False promises, horrible training. Completely dependent upon your referral sources for lead generation. If you're remote, good luck. Very much territory dependent. If you're starting a new market, expect to miss quota for a long time.

Culture is changing. Metrics are increasing and quantity is being prioritized over quality. Commission structure is generous but less and less people hit quota every month.
