Overall not a bad place to work. There is a true attention to the culture piece, which is atypical for companies this size. Solid benefits, good work/life balance. Drawbacks are a bit of a disconnect in what management thinks makes reps successful and what actually does. Very labor intensive. Tons of internal support. Changed the comp structure a couple years back to a quarterly structure vs monthly. First two months of quarter are capped and uncapped for month three. Eliminated uncapped annual bonus abd capped at 5k. Not received well at all by the workforce. Challenging to understand what you’re being paid without using comp calculator.

My overall experience was great for a starter position! The training was awesome and they continued to offer training over the years. My team and managers were fantastic, supportive, fun, helpful but easy going. The company has changed a lot since then. The conference trips were always a blast!
