Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Onboarding was a cluster, people were friendly but usually that was surface level, talk about culture being great was just that- talk, leadership was out of touch, trainer was stuck in 2000 and not at all experienced in how business decisions work post-Covid, direct leadership was either unwilling to take blame or active in avoiding difficult conversations, majority of team were either gone in a year +/-, on a mental health leave, or both, out of the 17 reps in my cohort, all but 2 were still there after 18 months.
