The value of leadership largely depends on whose team you land on. I have worked for two. One not good, one thats great. I was hired on with a pool of 50 or so and a year later (the 50 were on different teams, different states and territories) there are 7 of us left with 1-2 hoping to stay on longer. I love my team and my manager. I would say your experience is largely dependent on your immediate team and territory. It’s hard to hit quota here, however you will learn a lot so long as you’re comfortable not hitting quota for the first 6 months.
