Overall, a good company to work for. I believe they may be too focused on a planned IPO in 2 years and have lost site of what they are requiring daily of the sales team.

Leadership is just a big circlejerk. They are slow to reward and quick to punish. Toxic and going downhill since late 2021.

Overall the experience was good. The role is definitely getting tougher to move up the ranks and get promoted. It gets hard because you saw all these rapid advancements from back in the day and your success also depends on the level of production your book decides to do that quarter. The culture is still pretty strong but compensation needs some work.

Good people and good product, base and OTE very low. Clear promotion track but small raises each time
