Leadership is just a big circlejerk. They are slow to reward and quick to punish. Toxic and going downhill since late 2021.

Overall, it’s a decent company with poor sales leadership, and a lack of employee care. Oversold the sales potential by a HUGE margin. My book was never making even close to half of quota before I joined. I’ve outperformed, but it’s been a massive uphill battle. They raise quota every quarter whether you hit or not. They have no sense of realistic quotas....Read More
