Over the past several months the company has shifted from very employee-oriented, to only caring about unattainable goals. I absolutely love my immediate leadership and people I work with, but C level execs have lost focus of the people who are boots on the ground, and taken away all incentives to work here.

PandaDoc is proof that you can start and build a unicorn from anywhere (even Belarus!). It’s more about time & place with respect to product-market fit than it is about actually having an amazing product.
