Terrible toxic environment. Management is there just to stick to processes, they often push back on help requests. Internal fights happen daily and when serious stuff between colleagues happen management doesn't have the guts to act. Wouldn't advise to work there to my worst enemy.

The products are good to excellent across the portfolio. The SE organization has terrific talent and ability to deliver on behalf of customers. MY overall experience at PA was horrible as an SE , poor leadership and middle management. poor treatment of SEs , hire academy gradates and overwork exp SEs. move and change role every Q or fiscal year.
