Average. Comp is not on par for what the expectations of SE’s are currently. The possibility of hitting quota gets less likely every year. RSUs are great but not enough to make you want to stick around for long haul.

My overall experience at Palo Alto networks has been very good. I think the product line that they have is very interesting and has a good fit in the in the world currently. I do see that other competitors have come out which you’re making it a bit more difficult for

Some truly talented people, new folks coming in may help. Massive changes in leadership in conjunction with sky high quotas. In some cases roles have been open for 1 year +. Some of the worst HR I’ve ever dealt with and I’m not sure what they are thinking. 14 interviews in some cases.

MY overall experience at PA was horrible as an SE , poor leadership and middle management. poor treatment of SEs , hire academy gradates and overwork exp SEs. move and change role every Q or fiscal year.
