What would you say about the sales team culture at PAN? Have there been any recent changes?

For those who are at PAN, is Prisma Cloud the worst segment to work for? Are the getting better/worse?I’m expecting an offer from PANW this week for a territory sales manager position. They make it sound like 70-80% of reps hit their OTE. Is this correct? Would you current recommend PANW to join? How is the culture?
