I’m expecting an offer from PANW this week for a territory sales manager position. They make it sound like 70-80% of reps hit their OTE. Is this correct? Would you current recommend PANW to join? How is the culture?

All depends on your quota and accounts.  Some teams have less than 10% hitting quota. Other teams have 80%.  It’s very dependent on the team and the mgr.  Ask other reps on the team ( core reps and speed boat reps) 
Culture has suffered some. But is still seems better than many other companies.

As long as you are not a Prisma Cloud specialist, it is a good place to work. It's a grind but the products sell (except Prisma Cloud) and you learn a lot.

Around 30% of core sales reps at Palo hit their target. Important to now that there are multi-year factors (i.e. x0.5 or x0.75) so don‘t expect 98% commission if you do 98% of your target. Palo comp payment only gets great once you exceed 100% - but you see this only in your personal comp plan.

Having worked for PANW I can confirm that only around 30% of all core sales reps here in Europe hit their quota. The issue is that by reaching 99,9% of yr quota you will only get around 75% variable payments as the accelerators needed to get paid at 100% only kick in once you fully reach the 100%!
