Don't ever work in sales for Palantir. They don't ever pay a rep according to the plan, and sometimes they arbitrarily refuse to pay at all. They hate sales people and treat all of them like crap.

Sales leaders have 0 sales experience and have created the WORST sales culture on the planet. NO ONE will speak up because THEY WILL FIRE YOU. They eliminated marketing 🤡& don’t believe in developing your territory. U lose your acct if there’s no meaningful meetings every 30 days. It’s unbelievable👎🏻

Exceptional but complex platform which can be applied to solve business problems and guide decision making. Most toxic management: managers force splits, take accounts, sellers are encouraged to fight over accounts, constant school yard politics and back stabbing.
