The SC team and leadership is fantastic. However the rep to SC ratio can be improved. Attainment is low and SC commission isn't protected.

Pay is great - goals are difficult to attain. Pace is fast moving and sales leadership changes quickly. Core product is sticky and we can use that to our advantage for upsells.
