Career architecture is a joke here. They look past performance data and the metrics they've set for promotion, and deny people based on "lack of tenure in role". However, then they regularly break this for their favourite people who don't fit the requirements for performance and promote them before.

Sales leadership has no direction. There is a different focus depending on which side of the bed they wake up on. They continue to sip on the corporate kool-aid without identifying tangible and attainable goals

PagerDuty is a great place for compensation. The training and enablement is weak, but once you get a hang of it, you should make good money.
