Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My overall experience at PTC was good. As an IC, your role and pipeline health of named accounts is very important to success. Times are changing there for the better with a new CEO. They are in the midst of restructuring the sales team to assign new accounts by vertical. Uncertainty exists with loss of major accounts and being assigned to new ones and new managers. Some verticals will be more heavily impacted by the economy than others.
Sales enablement is fantastic and the corporate sales training is top notch and rigorous. They invest in their employees and help them succeed.
The sales teams operate very differently from one another based on RVP, good and not good.
Comp is slightly above industry average. Negotiating prior to starting is key. President’s Club and sales stack rankings are not transparent. Training is extensive and most everyone there are good people willing to help you. Browse Other Reviews
