OxBlue hires amazing people in a laid back fun environment. However, they have a commission draw that is punitive on top of a low base while only paying commission on a fraction of the total contract. There are no territories, so senior reps can take deals regardless of the work put in or notes logged in the CRM. There is no track for promotions or raises, even if you are making quota for years. Quotas are often raised by 25+% year over year making it incredibly difficult to keep making the same amount of money and perform. They say they have 4 weeks vacation, but they offer no sick days and you have to buy the 4th week so PTO is below average.

Oxblue is quite the dichotomy. The overall company culture is great, but within the sales org, not so much.
