Terrible Company to work for. There is no training and no one knows how to use the systems properly. There’s no path for advancement either. There are no sales territories and no official ownership rules. The senior reps have all of the good accounts and steal deals from newer reps. They hire you with a base salary but after your hired tell you that you’re hourly and they deduct $1500 a month from your commission to cover your salary.

Oxblue is quite the dichotomy. The overall company culture is great, but within the sales org, not so much. Quite often there are drastic changes that happen that make it difficult to recenter yourself to hit quota attainment.
