Terrible Company to work for. There is no training and no one knows how to use the systems properly. There’s no path for advancement either. There are no sales territories and no official ownership rules. The senior reps have all of the good accounts and steal deals from newer reps. They hire you with a base salary but after your hired tell you that you’re hourly and they deduct $1500 a month from your commission to cover your salary.

Great people and top earners can make great money, but a lot of the big GC's/ Developers who dominate the space are owned by tenured AEs.
