I loved my time at OxBlue. It was my first official Account Executive role. The training was fantastic, and the culture around the sales team was infectious. I loved my time there.

Oxblue is quite the dichotomy. The overall company culture is great, but within the sales org, not so much. Terrible Company to work for. There is no training and no one knows how to use the systems properly. There’s no path for advancement either.
