Sales degree on steroids. The perfect start to excel in the world of saas sales, I couldn't have chosen a better company when the goal for me was 'Mastery in the craft of selling" Their trainings are superior to anything experienced before & after. BUT it's not for everyone. It's cut throat! If you don't perform, you are out! So you need to love the game! *my rating on diversity and inclusion= I believe in diversity of temperament and personality, not looks, and I don't think they did a good job here at the time.

New senior leadership is clueless & doesn’t give a damn about the reps. They talked about improving culture & morale which was at an all time low when they took over & managed to make it even worse. There is a product market fit and strong management amongst teams. In the current market it is probably best to be on the New Logo side here given the competition you face with current customers. Leadership has been a revolving door for 2 years which creates distractions.
