Sinking ship, awful churn issue. They just laid of 9% of the workforce today. Ent new logo team is all gone. No one hits quota here. CEO went to the “board” new ceo has no clue what he’s doing. Tons of leadership changes. We lose every deal to Gong. Outreach is overpriced so every deal is a race to the bottom. No customers leverage our forecast tool no alignment...Read More

Outreach has made a ton of positive changes in the past year with regards to leadership, commission structure and overall company direction and focus. The product is amazing and we win if we get in front of the customer at the right time.
