Limited upward career pathing. Execs refuse to acknowledge product market and sales challenges. Just get it done and faster attitude. Not that easy when you are in a niche space with strong competition.

Former Employee3.4Jul 25, 2024I dug working with the folks at Outreach. I think they could have done a better job with professional development and technical training. Could have provided more opportunities for employees to develop their skills. But overall, I had a good time working there.
