Current Employee1.4Aug 15, 2023I would leave if I wasn’t waiting on commissions. Workday is crushing us at enterprise level and UKG at mid-market. They keep promising new technology and cheaper implementations but it’s lip service. They’re focused on harvesting data from the Cerner acquisition which is equal parts frustrating and scary as all get out as a patient.
