Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My overall experience with Oracle was positive. Their pay scale was much lower than the market. It was difficult to get compensation increases, so much so it was known to leave Oracle and come back to get the lay you wanted. Oracle Customer Success team also moved to a pay model, where customers had to pay for Customer Success Managers. This ultimately led to a RIF in CSMs. Since that time (5 years ago), it’s stabilized. Great resume builder. Great company if you’re an experienced CSM. Give you a lot of autonomy too. Browse Other Reviews
