Great product, bur mainly for enterprise and not SMB! Targets too high, hardly any travel allowed, bad incentive structure Work load good, good office vive in Amsterdam

This is more on the end of entry level software sales with lower value and higher frequency.

No initial training, went through 2 managers in one year and was eventually left without a manager. Part of widespread layoffs. Wasn't able to develop or really find footing in 2 years. Base comp good, stagegate to getting any variable pay of about 50%. Laid off right before landing 2.5m deal that took most of a year.

Although it is a great place to start a career right out of college, growth opportunities top out fairly quickly
