My overall experience was positive however it was difficult to compete against the market leader and quotas were set so only 20% of the team would meet or exceed...the balance of the team had to fight and claw to be 90% or greater.

Oracle is on the up. But success is difficult in most greenfield patches. It is critical to have consuming customers or customers with legacy Oracle database or applications.
