For people who worked and performed it is a hell of a good company. If you are not in your place in a sales role you will have a hard time. The potential is there for everyone, you just need to work your ass off.

Honestly a good first job to get your foot in the door. Extensive training so you're well prepared for everything you need in the role. However, promotion process does not look easy.
