The typical starting base pay for AEs is actually a bit on the lower side, so that’s something to keep in mind. OTE is pretty high though and quota attainment is likely!

Current Employee2.0Jul 25, 2024Was told that as a military hire they would promote us within 6 months, that did not happen. OTE was supposed to be 31k, when we started they said it was actually a pool based bonus and did not my 4 quarter rolling attainment was 99% and was paid out 23k in bonus minus taxes.
