Which segments see the highest quota attainment for inside sales reps? What about for BDRs?

Too braud a question to answer.  To much segmentation of business based on product or services type, company size and industry vertical to answer.

If you are a new hire or class of, you won't get to select this. Oracle will automatically place you. I'd personally go with ERP or Technology but just know overall, most customers and prospects hate oracle.

So my experience from a BDR is dated but there was a pool that managers distributed based on performance.  I don't have an exact number but back then it was more of a 70% base salary and 30% variable comp.  In the inside sales org. it's a bit more performance based and more like 50% base salary and 50% variable, ISR roles have a lot more transactional business so it's usually very doable to hit targets but they did change the model and you can only sell in pillar at existing customers.  This means you can only add onto existing contracts and not sell solutions that are not already installed in the account.

Fusion or OCI is the only growth business units and really where Oracle has their focus on.

OCI verticals for SDRs will have an easier time exceeding quota because there are so many different cloud solutions (DBCS, DB@X, OAC, OIC, OAG, etc). Thus, more opps can be piped and a wider net to cast.

Generally - ERP is great for BDR's - Inside Sales I'm not sure.
