Are most the 3-5 year Sales roles at Oracle fully remote?

For the most part yes. The typical career trajectory consists of 12-18 months SDR ( 4 days in office)  after 3 months of training. After that most roles are fully remote. In the exception of a sales manager role ( typically around 3-4 year make if you choose to go down that path) you’ll be in office

Strategic account roles are typically hybrid due to direct client engagement, peer alignment and prepare work activity. My role was 2-3 days onsite, and 2-3 with clients/off-site

Yes. fully remote. However, it is better for your career if you go into the office if  your bosses, peers in your relevant division are there.

It depends what industry you are selling into. Some are hybrid and others are remote.

THe SDR roles are entry level and typically require in office. The OD role is the next level up and those can be in office as well. Once you ge to the Applications Sales Manager Role  or Industry Sales Executive Role then those are considered Field Sales Roles and can be remote.

It's been a couple of years since I was at Oracle but they had 3 tiers. SDR or BDR which was your entry level sales rep.  Those were in office. Then you had inside sales reps called OD. They were also in the office. Then you moved to the field. Field reps were mostly remote. Most in territory. But r
