Any interview advice for relatively junior rep?  Is there a particular sales methodology/training that Oracle uses that would be beneficial for me to study up on ahead of time?

As a former seller & manager (digital and field sales), I agree with the two answers below however, I'd also familiarize yourself with MEDDICC and MEDDPICC.

Been interviewing with them recently, and it sounds like they have been implementing MEDDICC, at least the Netsuite team is.

When I worked their a few years ago, they were big on Sandler.

Case by case. Some sales managers like Challenger, some like others. Find out who the hiring manager is and research on LinkedIn.com. Forward an agenda to the hiring manager and show you can drive a deal.

Emphasize your acumen for rapid and continuous learning. Discuss aptitude for taking initiative around absorbing internal procedures/processand  and how you will stand out from the pack in rapid on-boarding in a matrixed organization. Things move very fast and change fast so management will want to hear how you will not only have a plan of attack for sales but will not be an anchor on "learning the ropes" or a "deer in headlights" during change.

As far as methodology, think story-telling, developing a point of view and value-selling. Oracle leaders will have their own varying points of view but as exhibited by the company annual training and constant modernizing of tools, the company does not hold back from frugally bringing in /developing updated tools.
