My overall experience was positive with a few glitches during a time of high growth where significantly more reps were hired so territories shrunk but expectations raised. Leadership is very inclusive, communicative, and forward thinking however there is a "perform or move on" mentality to be prepared for.

Good product, bad leadership. Toxic managers and expectations. No support for growth market. Executive is just looking for ways to sell the business but performance is atrocious
