Leadership is okay but they have troubles hiring and retaining people and the rules are always changing. The only way you have real career growth here is if you’re a top 1-3 SDR.

Leadership does not prioritize hiring internally or professional development. Close to non-existent career mobility upwards or horizontal. If you are capable of hitting 100% average over +12 months, don't do it here. Good product brand-recognition though.
