If you’re a SDR, you have little room for promotion. Even top performers who never miss quota, get leadership praise, still don’t have clear promotions paths. MM AE and CSM team only wants to hire externally. Marketing would be your only hope but there’s rarely open jobs

Few people hit target. Commission rate around 8%. Quota over a million with deal sizes under 100k. Attainability poor across the sales org. Leadership manages numbers but doesn't address underlying problems why reps aren't hitting quota

The job is solid but not good or great. Lack of promotion path as well.
