Few people hit target. Commission rate around 8%. Quota over a million with deal sizes under 100k. Attainability poor across the sales org. Leadership manages numbers but doesn't address underlying problems why reps aren't hitting quota

My overall experience was positive with a few glitches during a time of high growth where significantly more reps were hired so territories shrunk but expectations raised. Leadership is very inclusive, communicative, and forward thinking however there is a "perform or move on" mentality to be prepared for.
