I was extremely successful my first three years and when a new manager was brought on I suddenly had a greenfield patch and given 6 months to generate quota. His "boys" where given the accounts with opps and if not one of them, tough luck.

Current Employee2.1Jun 13, 2024Little to no development or support. Little to no market demand. Partners and marketing don't generate opps. 90% of my dept has been laid off, fired, or quit since the acquisition in '23, including directors and VPs. Has not been a positive experience.
