This company is full of back stabbers and cliques. Constant management turnover and if you are not one of the gang, good luck. I was extremely successful my first three years and when a new manager was brought on I suddenly had a greenfield patch and given 6 months to generate quota. His "boys" where given the accounts with opps and if not one of them, tough luck.

They have so many business unit. It depends which team to sell for and what territory you get, some BU aren't evolving and being competitive to current market, hence they are losing somewhat recognition in an specific sector.

Good entry position to get your feet wet in Tech Sales. The OTE is on par with the market, the product market fit is good, but the sales cycles can be quite long due complexity of the product, integrations, stakeholders involved.
