This company is full of back stabbers and cliques. Constant management turnover and if you are not one of the gang, good luck. I was extremely successful my first three years and when a new manager was brought on I suddenly had a greenfield patch and given 6 months to generate quota. His "boys" where given the accounts with opps and if not one of them, tough luck.

Employees are not treated as being valuable nor as assets. Men outnumber woman in all divisions - way above industry standards.

As an internal hire- my comp was not adjusted to market rate, so my fairness I pay was based on that.
