Good entry position to get your feet wet in Tech Sales. The OTE is on par with the market, the product market fit is good, but the sales cycles can be quite long due complexity of the product, integrations, stakeholders involved. Career progression is quite slow and can take up to two years to become an Account Executive. Some Business Units are better performing than others.

This company does a really good job of catering to this modern ideology of DEI. But in the end, the ELT does not actually care about its people whatsoever.
